+ About this map
Snowmass Bike Park is the summer side of Elk Camp, the upper reaches of Snowmass ski area above Snowmass Village in Colorado’s Elk Mountains. The Elk Camp Gondola and the Elk Camp chairlift carry riders and bikes uphill, and the official trail progression of 18 trails, about 25 miles in all, brings them back down.
The top of Elk Camp sits at the head of the sheet, and the trails pour down toward the base the way you ride them. The two lift lines climb the slope as straight dashed lines, and the descents fan out beside them: flowing, switchbacked lines that cross the contours again and again, and steeper, more direct lines that drop through them, all funneling back to the same lifts.
